Fast shipping! The packaging was really nice and secure. This diffuser is of great quality and looks lovely. I'm already enjoying my first essential oil, which has really helped clear up my stuffy sinuses (eucalyptus oil). Looking forward to experimenting with more oils!

I received my aroma diffuser super quickly, and I must say, it’s absolutely stunning. My workspace doubles as my yoga area and a chill zone, and this new diffuser really boosts the vibe in the room. It’s got a nice look, super user-friendly, and I’m a fan of the light feature along with the 30-second intermittent setting. It’s quieter than the last one I had. The Clean oil I picked up smells amazing, but I can’t wait to experiment with other fragrances since this one works so well. Huge thanks - really happy I discovered you!

The site says you’ll get your stuff delivered right to your door via DHL. Instead, they send it with Bring, and it ends up at a pick up location instead of my home.

To make matters worse, BRING picked a spot that's quite a distance from my place, in another town, even though there are pick up points closer to me.

I can’t comment on the quality of Volant’s products, but it feels pretty shady to promise DHL delivery in 1-5 days and then go with a cheaper, less reliable courier.

It’s been over a day since I first reached out to Volant’s customer service, and I still haven’t heard back with a solution.

I really can’t recommend this.



Customer service did resend the order and threw in a free oil, but that doesn’t really help. It’s been more than five days now, and I needed it for a gift that was supposed to be given yesterday. I won’t be shopping here again.

The customer support is top-notch, super helpful and always ready to assist. The essential oils are awesome as well! 😊

This diffuser is just gorgeous, it’s like having a work of art in your space! The shipping was super fast and hassle-free, plus those cute email updates were a nice touch. The packaging was stunning, though I would’ve preferred it to be a bit more eco-conscious with less waste. Also, it’d be awesome to have smaller sample bottles to try out the scents before making a decision. Overall, a fantastic experience, thanks a bunch, Volant!
